FO TRAINEE (NOVOTEL LIVING SG SOUTH)

• Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during guests’ arrival and departure.

• Achieve an accurate and logical work sequence.

• Follow procedures for cash and security at Front Desk.

• Ensure messages are accurate and passed on promptly.

• Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required.

• Internship allowance: 1.000.000/month
• Meal allowance: 40k/day
• Supporting internship's report or related documents
• Working in international environment to get comprehensive development
• Be trained all skills and knowledge about FO + Online/Offline ACCOR Training courses 
• Have opportunity to become official employee of the company

• Senior students or graduated students from University/ College
• Hard working and careful in completing the tasks
• Enthusiasm
• Prefer fulltime working: 5 days/week; 9 hours/day within 3 months
• Good English communication
